MOBILITY SPAIN

The 4th Erasmus+ visit was in Spain
from 13th - 20th March 2016

We tried walking in Catalan shoes:)

3 teachers and 7 students (1 brave boy and 6 amazing girls) from our school visited Sort in Spain.

On Saturday (13th March 2016), we arrived at Barcelona Airport and were taken to the hotel in Barcelona. We met with other teams.
On Monday (14th March 2016),  we had a guided tour through Barcelona. It was amazing to see such a beautiful city with Gaudi buildings. Then we went by bus to Sort.  Our students were taken into families for six nights. The teachers were staying in a hotel.
On Tuesday (15th March 2016), we were taken to Sort school, where we were welcomed by the school principal and we had a short tour around the school and surroundings.  After lunch we presented ourselves (culture, education and customs).
On Wednesday (16th March ), we went to Gerri de la Sal. We visited the museum, slatworks and romanesc abbey. After lunch we had great time in the adventure park.
On Thursday (17th March ),  we went to Llessui. We visited the Cheese factory and had workshop.
On Friday (18 th March), we had workshop at school. After lunch there war La Mona celebration at the school playground. We could learn Spanish dances and tasted typical products from the area. That made everyone feel like Spanish:)
On Saturday ( 19th March), it was a day with Spanish families. Teachers visited National Park and had great views of mountains. In the evening we had a farewell  dinner, where we exchanged the presents.
On Sunday (20th March), we left Spain from Bracelona AirportGoodbye Spain and our new friends.
To sum up the week in Spain was unique! It was a week of numerous impressions and valuable experiences. We have met many new friends and we learnt both new and different lifestyle. Our host families were really kind, the atmosphere at homes was very positive despite the language barrier. It was a week we will remember forever. It was a pity the week passed so quickly and we had to return.

We can't wait to see you in Poland :)

The International Day for Tolerance

The International Day for Tolerance was established by the UN General Assembly in 1995, due to the deepening of phenomena of intolerance, violence, nationalism, racism and anti-Semitism. On November 16th we celebrated in our school the International Day of Tolerance. It is a celebration of respect, acceptance and appreciation of the rich diversity of cultures in the world. On this occasion the students involved in the project Erasmus + "Try Walking In My Shoes" prepared an artistic performance, which main message was to show how important it is in life - respect for the views of other people, -their right to be different, practise different religions and hold different beliefs than ours .
